From Atlanta:

The Crawford W. Long Museum is located 60 miles Northeast of Atlanta, Georgia and five miles off of I-85 North.  Take Exit 137. Turn right onto U.S. Highway 129.  Travel five miles.  U.S. 129 becomes the Jefferson Bypass. Turn left onto Ga. Hwy 11. Travel one mile to the center of town. The Crawford W. Long Museum is on the left on the east side of the Square. Look for the large white Greek Revival building.

From Athens:

The Crawford W. Long Museum is located 15 miles North of Athens, Georgia on U.S. Hwy. 129. Follow U.S. 129 north to the Jefferson Bypass. Turn right onto Ga. Hwy. 11. Travel one mile to the center of town.  The Crawford W. Long Museum is the large white Greek Revival Building on the eastern side of Jefferson's Historic Square.

From Greenville, S.C. : 

The Crawford W. Long Museum is located 95 miles from Greenville, S. C., five miles off I-85 South. Take Exit 137. Turn left onto U.S. Highway 129. Travel five miles. U.S. 129 becomes the Jefferson Bypass. Turn left onto Ga. Hwy 11 and travel one mile to the center of town. The Crawford W. Long Museum is the large white Greek Revival building on the eastern side of Jefferson's Historic Square.
